Faith and Science:
On 11th September, 2001 he was in USA, where he perceived the hatred of the media against Islam. That instigated him to work for the cause of Muslim Ummah. He begged Allah Almighty to bestow him with the scientific knowledge in the light of faith so that he could pass the word of Qur’an to the West. His first book in this context was published in 2004 in USA (Divine Philosophy and Modern day Science).

New York Times:
The cadence and course of Dr. Seyal’s writing on the poetic stance of the Holy Scripture besides its philosophical and scientific discernment looks very imposing and inspiring within the folds of the true message of the text.
However one thing is conspicuous and convincing, that Lord Almighty has given him the essential essence of this noble job to achieve. He seems to be motivated in the perpetuation of this prudent and prodigious work for the drill and direction of people living in the developed world who can affirm and embrace any ideology based on logic and intellect.”

Qur’an a miracle
Almost all the prophets of ‘The Lord Almighty’ were endowed with miracles as we can affirm in the case of Moses AS and Jesus Christ AS. When we study the life of Prophet Muhammad PBUH we hardly find a few miracles during his life time but he was gifted with a miracle –the Qur’an. Prophet Muhammad PBUH was the last prophet and there had to be no prophet after him so he was gifted with a book, the truth or the entirety of that will be asserted and affirmed till the last day on the living earth. As the scientific achievements will continue to take place that will support to endorse the truth of the Qur’an, but to understand the Scripture needs a wide knowledge of science in its all districts and domains. I have tried to elaborate and explain quite a few topics (in Faith in the Unseen) of the modern day science where there is lot of argument between the two i.e. faith and science.

Why the creation could not take place without a creator, a scientific and mathematical proof.

Faith in the Unseen

How did the Creation of the Parallel Universes take place in Perfect order and how the end of the universes and the recreation of the Multiverses will be there.
Reality of Nihility or the Nullity
Wormhole theory and travel back in time; the journey of Me’raaj of Prophet Muhammad PBUH.

Adam of Science and Adam of Qur’an are one not two.

Scientific affirmation of the creation of DNA or the nucleic acid, the building block of human body and soul and the Scientific elucidation of the creation of Jesus Christ AS from the Holy Scripture.

Philosophy of life and death and the life Hereafter.

How we will be recreated after death and how our hands and feet will respond to Almighty’s demand.
Al Meezan; the symmetry in different spheres of life climate and the universe is maintained.
The trees and for that matter everything in the world is entreating and beseeching Lord Almighty.

The Glorious Qur’an in Poetic Stance:

These four volumes are unique in the sense that it gives an Urdu translation with English poetry of each verse. Dr Seyal writes about these volumes: “I plan to evolve a physiologically less annoying and psychologically more appropriate way for a particular type of scientific or religious mind to reconcile religion with reason. My efforts at rationalizing faith are not actually interdicted to one faith or belief, but are for the whole of human society. My sincere hope is to scrub and swab the presumptuously miscalculated premise that has insinuated the minds of Western society and set them against Islam. It really has to be dealt with quite amiably in a mannerly way with a plan so that the religious bent and bias is no longer there and we, as a human race, can live in a complacent and composed fraternity. My main purpose, at the same time, is not to admit the superiority of the philosophy of science over religion. I actually sincerely aspire to work in a new direction for the injunction

Research on the Herbal Product:
An extract of the whole plant of Fagonia Cretica ---Casemia: (Dr Seyal is researching on the Subject since 1977)

Dr A. Q. Khan with the compliments of Daily The News 5th June and 25th June 2012
Dr Seyal is a cardiologist. He has written many useful books on medicine and religion. Some of these were discussed in one of my earlier columns. He has given his comments on Thalassemia.

Because of its importance, I am quoting his email: “As you know, I am neither a hematologist nor an oncologist, but I have always kept my eyes open to all kinds of patients coming to see me. It is now more than 30 years since I happened to have observed this herbal drug given to a cancer patient by a Hakeem. The drug did not have cytotoxic affects (effects due to treatment for cancer) but could really avert the toxic effect of the cytotoxic regime, such as hair falling out. The need for transfusion was also reduced quite a bit. There was no discoloration of the skin and appetite remained good. I gave that drug to my patients and saw marvelous results. In 1988 the sister of my hospital receptionist suffered from Thalassemia Major and was almost at death’s door. Just for the sake of doing something, I gave her this particular drug and, surprisingly, after a few months she showed not only remarkable improvement, but tested negative for Thalassemia (checked by Aga Khan Hospital). It was then I started giving this medicine to all Thalassemia patients and the results have been very encouraging – Thalassemia Minor cases becoming negative in a couple of weeks and blood transfusion requirements in Thalassemia Major case gradually decreased. The drug in question is Fagonia Cretica, the aerial flowering plant (plants collected during March and April show excellent results).
Mode of action:
This drug probably affects the stem cells besides having an immuno-supportive effect...
The refined bitter alkaloid of the herb does not seem to have any influence on Thalassemia or as a supportive therapy in cancer. Surprisingly, this herbal plant has shown unbelievable results in Hepatitis C patients “The herbal plant fagonia cretica is a small, thorny bush that usually grows in the desert. It is the favorite food of camels. It is known as ‘dhamasa’ or ‘dhaman’ and locals also call it ‘sachchee booti.’ “Preparation of the medicine: For effective medicine, the best harvest time is from March to April; at that time the bush blossoms. The plant is dried and ground to powder.
Method of usage:
The dose is two grams per kilogram of the patient’s body weight. The dose is divided into two portions, one to be taken in the morning and one in the evening. Above the body weight of 30kg, the quantity of the medicine is not increased and will be about 60 grams in the morning and 60 grams in the evening. The powder is to be soaked in a glass of water and left to stand for about 12 hours, after which it is thoroughly mixed by stirring, pressing and rubbing. Some sugar or honey may be added to it.

“Important note: Hemoglobin levels must be maintained at least at 10 mg, otherwise the medicine will not be absorbed by the intestines and can cause stomach cramps. In the beginning patients may need frequent blood transfusions to maintain Hemoglobin level > 10mg. If that level is maintained, remarkable effects can be seen within a couple weeks. The patient will feel much better and the frequency of blood transfusions will decrease. This medicine also helps maintain iron levels (Ferritin) in the blood, thus making it unnecessary to take other iron chelating medication. “Many cancer patients may be apprehensive that this medicine will not only reduce the dangerous effects of cancer-controlling medication but may also neutralize the good effects. This is not so. On the contrary, it enhances the effects of chemo therapy in Adeno-Carcinoma, Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas. In connective tissue disorders like:   Rheumatoid arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Polymyositis, Dermatomyositis, Sjӧgren’s Syndrome, Scleroderma, Overlap Syndrome and the Vasculitides etc; where the drugs like Azathioprine, Cyclophosphamides, Methotrexate and Prednisolone are used, this herbal product has an excellent immuno supportive effects and shows early remission of the symptoms
I have tried my best to thoroughly investigate this herbal plant and its active alkaloid, but have not succeeded so far due to the non-availability of sufficient funds.
That’s the only medicinal treatment of Thalassemia Major, Intermediate and Minor.
It also alleviates the major side effects of almost all cytotoxic drugs like:.

  • Pancytopenia obligates blood transfusion after the course of each chemotheraupy.
  • Falling of hair
  • Discoloration of the skin
  • Loss of appetite

All these side effects are  reduced and there is hardly any need of blood transfusions after the chemotherapy course.
The falling of hair is reduced and the patient can continue with the cytotoxic drugs quite safely.
